"Pappas Restaurants has had a successful working relationship with Larry Walther for the past eight years. Larry has built approximately twelve projects, starting with Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen at George Bush International Airport. The Pappadeaux at Bush Airport had to be built on an accelerated construction schedule to meet the opening date for the new terminal. Larry exceeded our expectations and met the date. Larry has also built other restaurants of ours including all restaurants at the new terminal in Hobby Airport, which includes Wendy's, Subway, Barry's Pizza, Pappasito's, Pappas Burger, Pappadeaux, and Hunan.
